We produce about 5,000 bottles of wine every year for the best possible. We do not add any additives to our wine produced from grapes we collect gently and one by one. We care with every bottle and give attention to detail.
The grapes are brought to the winery early in the morning which have been carefully hand picked, then immediately put through the destemmer and transported to the steel tanks on the lower level of the winery. And they are waiting to be bottled.

Our wines are produced with Syrah, Chardonnay and Okuzgozu grapes. Which are brought from four different vineyards of Bodrum Peninsula. Gumusluk Oyata Vineyards, Mumcular Silva & Mor Salkim Vineyards and Cal Lermonos Vineyards.
